Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Products must be in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

To start a return, contact us at helpcenter@harajuka.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your item is damaged or defective, please include clear photos in your email for faster support.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at helpcenter@harajuka.com.

After verification, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and limited-edition reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including:

  • Opened accessories

  • Worn apparel

  • Limited-edition collectibles

  • Mystery boxes

  • Customized or personalized items
