1. Orders & Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. Harajuka is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping details.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

  • If your package experiences delays, our support team will gladly assist you with tracking and updates.

3. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Products must be in resellable condition.

To request a return, contact us at helpcenter@harajuka.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders are already being processed and can no longer be canceled.
